Carol Coggins is a 3rd-generation Realtor & Principal Broker. She started working for Siracki Realty, LTD in 1998, following her 7 years of service in the United States Navy. 
 
In 2008, Carol followed her father and grandfather's footsteps and became President of the local Realtor board. Not only is she servicing all your Real Estate needs, she also belongs to the Red Key Network, Burton Legion, Geauga Women United and volunteers at her church. 
 
Carol is proud to have her daughter (Sarah Coggins) assisting in the office, as well as her son (Christopher Coggins) in the Rental Accounting department during seasonal breaks from college. Duane Siracki

I have been in Real Estate since 1969, 2nd Generation Owner/Broker. A graduate of the Realtor Institute (G.R.I.), working with 2nd and 3rd generation families with their Real Estate needs. I am the 2nd Realtor of Siracki Realty, LTD. to be a past Board President, and I started the Property Management business, now in (5) five counties. Besides Homes and Land, listings and Sales, I am also well-practiced in Commercial Sales and Rental markets. 

I feel that it is important to serve and give back in the community that I live and work in. Of the many boards, committees and organizations I have been on, here are a few: Kiwanis, Middlefield Chamber of Commerce, CIC (Community Improvement Corporation), BBB (Better Business Bureau), Geauga County Housing Coalition, GMHA (Geauga Mental Health & Recovery Services), LGAAR (Lake Geauga Area Association of Realtors), Kent State Advisory Board and Service on various Church Committees.
