We list and sell homes, find you a commercial space and can manage your investment properties. We are still here during these trying times as an essential business. We appreciate working by appt. and remotely as needed.
Our HISTORY
Siracki Realty, LTD. was started by Steve Siracki and passed on to his son, Duane Siracki, the current Broker/Owner. Duane’s youngest daughter, Carol Coggins, became a licensed agent in 1998 and is now also a Broker. His other daughter, Debbie Wolff, joined the office in 2005 and is our head administrator, and became an agent in 2017. Together with Duane’s wife, Shirley Siracki (bookkeeper), his 2 daughters; agents, and our wonderful staff: Laurie Wood, Kitt Juist, Marisa Bolton, Lynnette Bramley and Merry Lou Knuckles, we have been able to service all of Middlefield & the surrounding communities with all of their Real Estate needs.
Besides Residential, Land, Commercial & Industrial Sales, our office manages over 200 rentals, including condos, residences, apartments & commercial spaces, Garfield Terrace Apartments, High Pointe of Geauga Condominium Assoc., and Glen Valley Farms Homeowners Association.
Our office originated in 1966 on North Thompson Ave., then East High Street, then North State Avenue and now at our 4th and current location, since 1984, at 16394 Kinsman Road in Middlefield.
