An e-mail will be sent to our Rental Manager who will respond and help you with rental process.

The Residential Rental Process:

1) A Free Residential Rental Application is available below or you can visit our office at 16394 Kinsman Road. MIddlefield, OH.

2) After you submit this application it will be reviewed and filed for up to six months.

3) Once a unit that meets at least two of your criteria becomes available, you will be contacted for the option of a showing

4) After viewing the unit, if you feel you like to be considered a minimum $50 deposit must be put down (refundable if not chosen) for your application to be considered among other candidates

5) You will be asked for additional info. such as the social security number of each applicant, mother's maiden name, and and any other required information. Then we can start checking your references

6) The owner will review the application and responses from the references and select a tenant

7) A pre lease agreement will be previewed & signed by all parties and all rent money, security deposit (& if applicable an oil or propane deposit) will be collected prior to the release of keys

The Commercial Leasing Process:

1) Call our office at 440-632-1904 or e-mail us at realtor@sirackirealty.com or stop in at 16394 Kinsman Road in Middlefield, Ohio

2) When you contact our offices a Real Estate Agent will ask a few questions regarding your criteria (i.e.: square footage requirements, type of space, location, maximum price and many other important requirements)

3) After previewing a list of of units that match your criteria, the desired units can be shown

4) When you find the desired space, you can write a "letter of intent" including: • Date for Lease to Begin • Actual Possession Date • How much rent & (CAM) Common Area Maintenance you are willing to pay • Length of Lease • Any Special Terms or Conditions • Any required Alterations to the existing space, and at who's expense.
